    Jennifer Hillegass has been leading a home repair company for over 11 years! She has been blessed to have some of the best contractors working for her since she opened her doors. Jen’s approach is to deliver excellent customer-service and open lines of communication. She wants to know when her customers are happy or if they have questions on a job because she wants Pink Hammer to be your go-to company for all your home repair needs. In addition to be one super smart lady, Jen handles all the design consultations for remodel projects and acts as the project manager on these renovations. She is a computer wiz and makes sure our website and online systems are user friendly for our customers and our staff. Jen lives in Rockaway with her fiancé of 10 years, Paige. They have a daughter together, Jen also has a teenage son, and a stepson and stepdaughter. All of this keeps her very busy- the boss lady never sleeps (I swear this is not a clique).

    Office Manager

    As our full-time office manager, Judy answers the phones, does our online work requests, handles customers, schedules the work, manages the guys, sources and orders materials, does billing and estimates. Judy has been working with this team for over 10 years and she really does know-it-all. She is amazingly knowledgeable and our customers trust her opinion. She loves her very large family and her many pets. If you follow her on Facebook you know she is always busy with her grandchildren and is usually posting about helping animals.

    Craftsman

    Bill has been working in the contracting & home improvement business for over 35 years. Lucky for us he has been with Pink Hammer since we opened. Bill is so talented overall but he especially likes carpentry. Check out the gorgeous deck work he has done for our clients. He is excellent at custom wood working, shelving, railings and so many tasks. Bill has an easy-going personality. He loves what he does and our customers love him. Bill lives in Newton and in his spare time loves to travel out west to see his children and grandchildren.

    Mike has been with our team for over six years, and has been in the business for over 20 years. Mike has hands-on experience with all home repairs but his passion is tile work. He approaches it like an art, mapping out his cuts, envisioning how the tile lays out and looks when finished. Mike is quiet and super methodical in everything his does. Mike lives in Rockaway and is very involved in Dover Moose Lodge 541. You can find him there running their charity events or manning the bar during his downtime.

    Greg came to Pink Hammer after working in construction in New York City for 10+ years. Greg is very outgoing and will talk to customers about their house plans at length. He gets to know his clients and they love his work ethic. Greg has a teenage daughter, several dogs, loves to eat and to surf so you will rarely see him sitting idle.

    William, aka The Captain, had a successful business of his own and joined us when he went into ‘retirement’. We are lucky to have his amazing bank of experience and his skills. Clearly his idea of retirement is doing what he loves- building and fixing things. He also loves boating (hence the nickname) and fishes whenever he can.

    America works with Pink Hammer on marketing and business development. America keeps our business active on social media, so you can always find pictures of our work and reviews from our customers. She lives in Rockaway and has three children. Most of the time you can find her involved in or surrounded by cheerleaders.
